In the unlikely event that you decide to return your Ulka products, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods of your intent to return them in accordance to the Distance Selling Regulations. Items must be returned to us (at the consumer's cost) within 14 days of purchase for a refund. However, a refund will only be given if the goods are unused and in their unopened, original packaging. Delivery costs will only be refunded if goods are damaged or faulty, which you must notify us of immediately upon receipt of delivery.
